Roop brings over 21 years’ experience across the food industry, including dairy, meat, and food packaging. She has held compliance, technical, regulatory, and quality management roles, giving her a strong understanding of operations from “the other side of the audit table”.
Roop is passionate about practical food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, and will support clients with clear guidance and a collaborative approach. Her experience across a range of sectors gives her well-rounded knowledge of risk-based food safety systems, regulatory requirements, and quality programmes, with a focus on solutions that work in real-world environments. Outside of work, Roop enjoys gardening, dancing, cooking, and baking, and spending time with family.
