Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Karen thrives on collaborating with customers to help them meet regulatory requirements and achieve practical, high-quality outcomes.
Her professional background includes significant roles as both an internal and external auditor across key areas such as food safety, health and safety, and ethical compliance. Her well-rounded expertise enables her to navigate complex industry standards and provide valuable insights to the businesses she works with.
Outside of her professional life, Karen enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations through travel, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and is currently taking on the challenge of learning to play golf—one swing at a time.
