Gina is a recognised MPI Food Verifier.
Gina has over 25 years’ experience within the UK food industry, including distribution centre supply chain, farms, factories and slaughterhouses as well as manage the chilled, frozen and ambient stock to over 60 stores. After then gaining experience in a compliance role, dealing with Health & Safety and Legislation, Gina returned to the food industry and university to become a qualified Food Safety & Port Health Officer which involved inspections, auditing and sampling. In her spare time, Gina enjoys tramping, baking, yoga and listening to various genres of music and ‘well being’ podcasts.
